We want you to love your new look as much as your first crochet kit, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After confirming your selection, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund.
